HR Generalist (Recruitment, Development) - Manufacturing - Semarang (C-134048)

About The Company:

• The working venue is in Semarang.

• Our client is a Japanese Manufacturing company. Currently, they are looking for HR Generalist (Recruitment, Development)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR administrative activities and ensure smooth execution of HR processes

• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, CV screening, interview scheduling, selection coordination, and onboarding of new employees

• Support the implementation of HR Development programs, including training coordination, training needs analysis, and employee development initiatives

• Maintain, update, and regularly audit employee records and personnel documentation to ensure data accuracy and completeness

• Prepare regular HR reports, employment-related correspondence, and other HR administrative documents

• Support employee onboarding and other HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle

• Ensure HR administrative processes comply with applicable labor laws, company policies, and regulations

• Other tasks assigned

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Management, or a related field

• High Conversational English proficiency

• Min. 1 year of working experience as HR, particularly in Recruitment and HR Development

• Experience managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination, selection, and onboarding

• Good understanding of HR Generalist processes and administrative functions

• Detail-oriented, well-organized, proactive, and equipped with strong problem-solving skills
