Production Section Head (Supervisor)

Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from majoring in Engineering / Pharmacy / any related major

• Having minimum 1 years of working experienced in similar position from medical device manufacturer company would be an advantages

• Experienced in managing subordinates, problem solving & breakdown machine, material & WIP stock, waste, reconciliation control and implement continuous-improvement, OEE & 5S, GMP &GDP implementation

• Ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Ability to communicate in english both verbal and written 

• Willing to work in shifting working hour

• Willing to be placed in Cikarang area (Kawasan KITIC - Cikarang )

Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible for direct supervision activity of subordinates, production process and monitoring production planning as well

• Responsible achieving the production target and production schedule

• Fulfilling quality standard of production result

• Responsible for work safety an cleanliness (5S Implementation) according to GMP

• Responsible in developing competency and performance evaluation of subordinates
