Import Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Handle and review import documents: Invoice, Packing List, B/L (HBL/MBL), Form-E, PIB, SPPB, LS, HS Code, CEISA.

• Coordinate with suppliers, shipping lines, and PPJK for customs clearance and delivery schedules.

• Monitor vessel ETD/ETA, track shipments, and ensure smooth flow from port to warehouse.

• Ensure all import activities comply with current customs regulations.

• Support reporting and cost monitoring for sea freight import operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Management, or International Business.

• At Leats 1-2 years of experience handling Import (Sea Freight Focus) — Retail or Trading background preferred.

• Knowledge of PIB, CEISA, HS Code, and import compliance.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to coordinate across departments.

• Fluent in English (Ability to communicate in Mandarin is a plus).

• Willing to be placed Head Office - Mitra 10 Gading Serpong, Tangerang, Banten.
