Plant Manager

Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all warehouse operational activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.

Requirements

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably in Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.

2. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Plant Manager or in an equivalent managerial position within a manufacturing company.

3. Experienced in managing warehouse operations, inventory control, and material handling.

4. Strong leadership and team management skills.

5. Good understanding of warehouse management systems, stock control, and warehouse administration.

6. Understanding of SOP implementation, occupational health and safety (K3), and workplace safety standards.

7. Strong coordination and communication skills with Production/Assembly, Purchasing, QC, Logistics, and other related departments.

8. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to identify and improve operational processes.

9. Highly organized, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.

10. Willing to work full-time and be placed according to the company's operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all warehouse operational activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods

• Ensure receiving and shipping processes run according to established procedures and schedules

• Control stock levels regularly and ensure alignment between physical stock and administrative data

• Arrange placement and storage of goods to ensure organization, safety, and easy retrieval

• Oversee loading and unloading processes and ensure goods are handled properly

• Create and monitor warehouse administration and reports related to activities and inventory

• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production/Assembling, QC, and related departments regarding goods requirements and availability

• Ensure implementation of SOP, health and safety standards, and maintain order and cleanliness in the warehouse area

• Supervise and direct warehouse staff/operators to ensure work runs effectively and meets targets

• Conduct regular stock takes and follow up on any discrepancies or stock inconsistencies

• Responsible for security, order, and condition of goods in the warehouse area
