MEP Project Manager

Manage end-to-end MEP operations, from site preparation to final testing and commissioning (T&C).

Develop detailed MEP schedules aligned with the master project construction program.

Review shop drawings, technical submittals, and material approvals to ensure compliance with design specifications and data center tier standards (e.g., Uptime Institute Tier III/IV).

Coordinate MEP design integration with architectural and structural teams to prevent site clashes (utilizing BIM/Navisworks).

Supervise MEP subcontractors and vendors, monitoring their progress, workforce, quality of work, and safety compliance.

Lead daily/weekly MEP coordination meetings to address constructability issues and site bottlenecks.

Implement strict Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) protocols for high-reliability standards required in data centers.

Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards on site, specifically for high-voltage and critical power/cooling installations.

Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and international data center standards.
