Customer Expert Specialist – Japanese Speaker

Responsibilities

• Assist customers through phone, chat, and email channels (training and scripts will be provided).

• Understand customer concerns and deliver excellent service with a customer-first approach.

• Build positive customer relationships through professional and effective communication.

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information to customers.

• Resolve customer issues efficiently by offering appropriate solutions and ensuring follow-up when needed.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer information in the system.

Qualifications

• Open to fresh graduates and experienced candidates from all educational backgrounds.

• Proficient in both Japanese and English (language skills will be assessed during the recruitment process).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fast learner with a positive attitude and a passion for customer service.

• Able to multitask and manage priorities effectively.

• Minimum Senior High School graduate with BPO experience, or Bachelor's degree graduate with or without experience.

• Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.

• Willing to work onsite at RDTX Square, South Jakarta.

• Willing to work rotating shifts, including night shifts, following Japan business hours.

• Available to join IMMEDIATELY.
