Research and Development Process Engineer Staff

Job Description R&D Process Engineer:

1. Design mixing procedures for each related product and ensure smooth process control implementation from lab scale to factory scale.

2. Redesign processes to optimize existing operations at the factory scale.

3. Conduct pilot plant and production trials for both new processes and new products.

4. Prepare reports for each trial and evaluate results for new processes.

5. Design and validate equipment needed for production trials.

6. Coordinate with the Production, Engineering, QC, and PPIC departments for trial preparation and evaluation.

7. Assist in creating manufacturing standard documents for each product.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering and Bioprocess Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00.

2. Having a degree from an overseas university is a plus.

3. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience as R&D Process Engineer Staff.

4. Willing and able to work in both laboratory and field

5. Advance in Microsoft Office, having knowledge in Fusion360 and Autocad will be an advantage.

6. Personality traits: disciplined, honest, creative, eager to learn, and willing to work in a team.

7. Skills: problem-solving, detail-oriented, communication and coordination with other functions, administrative skills, and laboratorium skill.

8. Willing to travel for business trips if needed.

9. Working Hours: Non-shift, Monday to Friday (8 AM – 5 PM).
