We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the following 3 positions to join our construction team for a Villa/Resort project based in Ubud, Bali:

1. Drafter

2. Technical Engineer

3. Site Supervisor

Placement: Ubud, Bali (Resort Project)

Language: English required

1. Drafter

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field

- Proficient in AutoCAD/drafting software

- English proficiency required

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and revise technical drawings based on project design and specifications

- Coordinate with engineers and site team to ensure drawing accuracy

- Update drawings according to site changes and instructions

- Maintain organized drawing documentation and revisions

2. Technical Engineer

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field

- Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering or quality management

- English proficiency required

Responsibilities:

- Review construction drawings to ensure design intent is correctly understood and implemented

- Assist in preparing and monitoring construction organization plans and technical documents

- Support daily on-site technical management and help resolve technical issues

- Monitor construction quality, inspection, and compliance with drawings and technical specifications

- Familiarity with Indonesian construction/quality regulations; relevant industry certifications are a plus

3. Site Supervisor

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field

- Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering or quality management

- English proficiency required

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage daily on-site construction work

- Oversee construction quality, progress, and safety compliance

- Support technical briefings and on-site construction guidance

- Liaise with the local team and subcontractors

- Operate surveying equipment for site measurement and layout

- Honest, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
