Site Supervisor MEP (Mekanikal, Elektrikal & Plumbing)

PT Nusa Laras Konstruksi is a Bali based construction company building villas and boutique hotels. We are staffing our site organisation to take over a project already under construction, and to carry the team into the projects that follow it.

THE ROLE

You lead the full MEP package on site with two MEP drafters working under you. On villa and hotel work, MEP is where the expensive mistakes hide, and coordinating it against the structure before the concrete is poured is the core of the job. You report to the Project Manager Site.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Supervise daily MEP execution: electrical, plumbing, drainage, water treatment, air conditioning, pool systems, low current.

• Direct your two MEP drafters and own the MEP shop drawings and as built drawings.

• Coordinate MEP against structure and architecture, and clear every sleeve, conduit and opening before the pour.

• Supervise MEP subcontractors, check their work against the approved drawing, not against their invoice.

• Run testing and commissioning: pressure tests, insulation tests, flushing, functional testing.

• Prepare each stage for Quality Control inspection and close out findings.

• Build the MEP material and equipment schedule with Purchasing.

• Report progress, obstacles and manpower daily to the Project Manager.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• D3 or S1 in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Plumbing and Building Services.

• Minimum 2 years supervising MEP on building projects, ideally villa, hotel or hospitality.

• You have coordinated MEP against structure before, and you know what a missed sleeve costs.

• Fluent with AutoCAD, able to read and mark up MEP drawings.

• Practical knowledge of pool systems, water treatment and hotel or villa air conditioning is a strong advantage.

• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English, both spoken and written.

• Based in Bali is strongly preferred. Candidates from outside Bali who are willing to relocate to Ubud are welcome.

• SKK Konstruksi or an electrical competency certificate is an advantage.

TENTANG POSISI INI

Anda memimpin seluruh paket MEP di lapangan dengan dua drafter MEP di bawah Anda. Pada proyek villa dan hotel, MEP adalah tempat kesalahan mahal bersembunyi, dan mengoordinasikannya dengan struktur sebelum pengecoran adalah inti dari pekerjaan ini. Anda melapor kepada Project Manager Site.

TUGAS DAN TANGGUNG JAWAB

• Mengawasi pelaksanaan harian MEP: elektrikal, plumbing, drainase, pengolahan air, tata udara, sistem kolam renang, arus lemah.

• Mengarahkan dua drafter MEP dan memegang shop drawing serta as built drawing MEP.

• Mengoordinasikan MEP terhadap struktur dan arsitektur, memastikan seluruh sleeve, conduit dan bukaan beres sebelum pengecoran.

• Mengawasi subkontraktor MEP, memeriksa pekerjaan mereka terhadap gambar yang disetujui, bukan terhadap tagihan mereka.

• Menjalankan testing dan commissioning: uji tekan, uji isolasi, flushing, uji fungsi.

• Menyiapkan setiap tahap untuk inspeksi Quality Control dan menutup temuannya.

• Menyusun jadwal material dan peralatan MEP bersama Purchasing.

• Melaporkan progres, hambatan dan tenaga kerja setiap hari kepada Project Manager.

KUALIFIKASI

• D3 atau S1 Teknik Elektro, Teknik Mesin atau Plumbing dan Building Services.

• Minimal 2 tahun mengawasi MEP proyek gedung, diutamakan villa, hotel atau hospitality.

• Pernah mengoordinasikan MEP terhadap struktur dan paham berapa mahal satu sleeve yang terlewat.

• Menguasai AutoCAD, mampu membaca dan menandai gambar MEP.

• Pemahaman praktis tentang sistem kolam renang, pengolahan air dan tata udara hotel atau villa menjadi nilai tambah besar.

• Lancar berbahasa Indonesia dan Inggris, lisan maupun tulisan.

• Berdomisili di Bali sangat diutamakan. Kandidat dari luar Bali yang bersedia pindah ke Ubud tetap dipersilakan melamar.

• Sertifikat SKK Konstruksi atau sertifikat kompetensi ketenagalistrikan menjadi nilai tambah.
