Site Manager/Project Manager

Site Manager – Construction Project in Bali

Location: Ubud, Bali

Employment Type: Full-time, project-based

Responsibilities:

• Daily supervision of the construction site

• Coordination of workers, subcontractors, and material deliveries

• Managing the work schedule and ensuring deadlines are met

• Ensuring quality standards are followed

• Taking daily and reporting project progress

• Assisting in work handovers and quantity verification

• Collaborating with the procurement team (material requests and delivery tracking)

• Maintaining attendance logs, equipment records, and site documentation

• Reporting regularly to the Project Manager (project owner)

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role

• Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials

• Ability to work with schedules and basic reporting tools (Google Sheets)

• Responsible, punctual, proactive, and organized

• Capable of supervising multiple subcontractors at once

• Good English (communication on English)

• Mandatory: daily on-site presence
