Marketing Manager (Mandarin Speakers) – Batam, Riau Islands

About the role

Collect, analyze, and track market information, industry development trends, and potential construction and EPC project opportunities in the Indonesian market. Develop and maintain good collaborative relationships with clients, business partners, suppliers, and relevant institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and track market information, industry development trends, and potential construction and EPC project opportunities in the Indonesian market

• Develop and maintain good collaborative relationships with clients, business partners, suppliers, and relevant institutions

• Conduct research and connect with relevant personnel in major local industrial parks to promptly obtain information on land sales and project development

• Assist in project marketing, business expansion, business negotiations, procurement, and cost control

• Identify potential business opportunities to support the formulation and implementation of the company's business expansion strategy

About you

• Indonesian nationality with fluent Mandarin Chinese communication skills. Proficiency in Indonesian and English is also required.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, business development, or a related field, preferably in the construction, infrastructure, or EPC industry

• Familiarity with the Indonesian construction market and established local business and supplier networks, particularly in Batam and the Riau Islands

• Good understanding of local market prices for construction materials, equipment, labor, and subcontracting services

• Experience working with Chinese-invested companies, construction companies, EPC contractors, or large-scale projects is preferred

• Strong leadership, business development, negotiation, analytical, and coordination skills

• Ability to work independently, develop business strategies, and achieve business development targets
