Shop Drawing Drafter MEP - Plambing, Listrik & Kolam Renang

PT Nusa Laras Konstruksi is a Bali based construction company building villas and boutique hotels. We are staffing our site organisation to take over a project already under construction, and to carry the team into the projects that follow it.

THE ROLE

You draw the mechanical, electrical and plumbing installation the site will actually build, coordinated against the structure and the architecture. The point of this seat is simple: sleeves and openings get cast in, not chased out afterwards. You report to the Site Supervisor MEP and you sit at the project office, not at a head office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Produce MEP shop drawings: plumbing, drainage, clean water, electrical, lighting, air conditioning and pool systems.

• Coordinate MEP routes against the structural and architectural drawings and flag every clash before the slab is cast.

• Produce sleeve and opening drawings for the structure ahead of every pour, together with the CSA drafter.

• Draw SLD one line diagrams, panel schedules and lighting layouts.

• Keep the MEP as built set current as installation proceeds, not at the end of the project.

• Hold the revision register and issue only the current sheet to site.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• SMK Electrical or Mechanical, D3 or S1 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent site experience.

• Minimum 2 years drafting MEP on building projects. Contractor side experience is preferred over consultant side.

• Fluent in AutoCAD. Revit MEP is an advantage.

• You can read an SLD and a plumbing schematic without supervision.

• Based in Bali is strongly preferred. Candidates from outside Bali who are willing to relocate to Ubud are welcome. You work from the project office in the Ubud area and walk the site to check what was actually installed.

• Bahasa Indonesia required. Basic English is an advantage.

TENTANG POSISI INI

Anda menggambar instalasi mekanikal, elektrikal dan plambing yang benar benar akan dibangun di lapangan, terkoordinasi dengan struktur dan arsitektur. Tujuan posisi ini sederhana: sparing dan bukaan sudah tercor sejak awal, bukan dibobok belakangan. Anda melapor kepada Site Supervisor MEP dan bekerja di kantor proyek, bukan di kantor pusat.

TUGAS DAN TANGGUNG JAWAB

• Membuat shop drawing MEP: plambing, drainase, air bersih, listrik, pencahayaan, AC dan sistem kolam renang.

• Mengoordinasikan jalur MEP terhadap gambar struktur dan arsitektur serta menandai setiap bentrok sebelum pelat dicor.

• Membuat gambar sparing dan bukaan struktur sebelum setiap pengecoran, bersama drafter CSA.

• Menggambar diagram satu garis, skedul panel dan layout pencahayaan.

• Menjaga gambar as built MEP tetap mutakhir seiring pemasangan berjalan, bukan di akhir proyek.

• Memelihara register revisi dan hanya menerbitkan gambar revisi berlaku ke lapangan.

KUALIFIKASI

• SMK Listrik atau Mesin, D3 atau S1 Teknik Elektro atau Mesin, atau pengalaman lapangan yang setara.

• Minimal 2 tahun menggambar MEP pada proyek gedung. Pengalaman di kontraktor lebih diutamakan daripada di konsultan.

• Menguasai AutoCAD. Revit MEP menjadi nilai tambah.

• Mampu membaca diagram satu garis dan skematik plambing secara mandiri.

• Berdomisili di Bali sangat diutamakan. Kandidat dari luar Bali yang bersedia pindah ke Ubud tetap dipersilakan melamar. Anda bekerja dari kantor proyek di wilayah Ubud dan turun ke lapangan untuk memeriksa hasil pemasangan.

• Wajib berbahasa Indonesia. Bahasa Inggris dasar menjadi nilai tambah.

• Satu proyek berjalan sekarang, dan rangkaian proyek villa dan hotel berikutnya.

• PKWT berbasis proyek, diperpanjang ke proyek berikutnya berdasarkan kinerja.

• BPJS Kesehatan dan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan sejak hari pertama, THR, tunjangan makan dan transport.

• Lembur dibayar terpisah di luar gaji pokok, sesuai peraturan ketenagakerjaan.
