Concierge Team – Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Assist guests with restaurant reservations, transportation, airport transfers, tours, activities, spa bookings, and other requests.

• Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly, professionally, and courteously.

• Handle guest complaints and ensure they are followed up until the issue is properly resolved.

• Coordinate with Villa Supervisors, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Reservation, and other operational teams to fulfill guest requests.

• Record and communicate guest requests clearly to the relevant team.

• Follow up on guest requests to ensure they have been completed properly.

• Provide recommendations for restaurants, beach clubs, tourist attractions, activities, and other places of interest in Bali.

• Assist with special guest requests such as birthday setups, honeymoon arrangements, decorations, amenities, and other special arrangements.

• Monitor guest arrival and departure schedules and coordinate with the villa team to ensure the property is prepared.

• Maintain good communication with guests to create a comfortable and memorable stay.

• Prepare updates or reports regarding guest requests, complaints, and concierge activities when required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Concierge, Guest Relations, Front Office, Reservation, or Hospitality is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Customer-oriented with a friendly and professional attitude.

• Able to handle guest complaints and requests professionally.

• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Familiar with WhatsApp, Google Sheets, Google Drive, and other digital communication tools.

• Good knowledge of Bali's restaurants, tourist attractions, activities, and transportation is a plus.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willing to work flexible hours or shifts based on operational requirements.
