Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.

• Assist customers with styling advice and personalized product recommendations.

• Handle sales transactions, returns, and exchanges professionally.

• Maintain the store’s appearance and ensure merchandise is presented to brand standards.

• Stay up to date with product knowledge and effectively communicate the brand story.

• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.

• Previous experience in retail, fashion, or luxury sales is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Passionate about fashion, styling, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Strong sales skills with a customer-focused mindset.

• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
