Talent Acquisition Assist. Manager

About the role

Support end-to-end talent acquisition and assessment processes to ensure the company brings in high-quality talent. Contribute to talent mapping activity and provide structured assessment insights that help the organization make better people decisions.

This role is ideal for individuals who are strong in execution, detail-oriented, and passionate about talent acquisition, assessment, and understanding people.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates

• Collaborate with department to understand their staffing needs and requirements

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, assessment coordination, and interview scheduling

• Maintain candidate databases, talent pipelines, and assessment records

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the recruitment process and reporting

• Continuously seek opportunities to improve recruitment processes and enhance the candidate experience

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology

• 5-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition

• Familiar with psychological test administration and basic scoring

• Understanding of Behavioral Event Interview (BEI) techniques

• Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills

• Able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail

• Good analytical thinking and willingness to learn deeper in assessment & talent management
