About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruitment Specialist to join our Human Capital team. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for Head Office and branch positions across Indonesia, ensuring timely fulfillment of manpower needs to support business operations and expansion.

This role requires strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management, and the flexibility to travel or mobilize when needed to support recruitment activities across our branch network.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Head Office and branch positions across Indonesia.

• Develop effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, employee referrals, campus partnerships, and other recruitment channels.

• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate assessments and user interviews.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and branch teams to understand manpower requirements and identify suitable candidates.

• Monitor recruitment progress, ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies, and maintain an up-to-date candidate database.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines and external partnerships to support ongoing recruitment needs.

• Prepare recruitment reports, monitor hiring metrics, and recommend process improvements.

• Support recruitment events, campus hiring, and other talent acquisition initiatives.

• Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and established procedures.

• Be willing to travel or mobilize to branches across Indonesia when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition; experience in multifinance, banking, or other multi-branch industries is preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience in mass hiring and managing multiple vacancies.

• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.

• Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Able to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment targets within established timelines.

• Proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiar with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems.

• Willing to travel or mobilize to branches across Indonesia as required.
