Supply Chain Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead materials planning, purchasing, and supplier management to ensure material availability, cost efficiency, and supplier performance.

• Manage warehouse and inventory operations, maintaining inventory accuracy and optimizing stock levels, space, and material flow.

• Drive cost control, Lean, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain operations.

• Lead and develop purchasing, planning, and warehouse teams through effective performance management and training.

• Ensure regulatory, import, customs, ESG, and company compliance while managing supply chain risks and contingency plans.

• Drive ERP and supply chain system utilization to improve visibility, planning, and operational efficiency.

Key Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field; MBA/APICS/CSCP is an advantage.

• 5–10 years of manufacturing supply chain experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of ERP and Supply Chain Management systems such as Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP, Slimstock, Kinaxis, or similar.

• Strong negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, cost reduction, and Lean skills.

• Fluent in English
