About the role

We are seeking a Legal professional to join PT Queen's Tandoor on a fulltime basis in Badung, Bali. This position is pivotal to our organisation's legal framework and compliance efforts. As Legal support for our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that PT Queen's Tandoor operates in full compliance with Indonesian legal requirements, protects the company's interests, and manages legal risks effectively. This role sits at the intersection of business operations and legal governance, serving as an essential resource to support our business objectives whilst maintaining the highest legal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support on matters relevant to the hospitality and food service industry, including regulatory compliance and operational legality

• Draft, review, and maintain legal documents including contracts, agreements, and policies

• Ensure the company's compliance with Indonesian employment law, labour regulations, and workplace requirements

• Support the management team with regulatory filings and documentation required by local authorities

• Conduct legal research on relevant legislation and regulatory updates affecting business operations

• Assist in dispute resolution and manage litigation matters as required

• Maintain organised records of legal documents, contracts, and compliance documentation

• Support the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks

• Liaise with external legal counsel and government agencies as needed

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent legal qualification recognised in Indonesia

• Admission to practice as a lawyer or legal professional in Indonesia, or equivalent qualification as a legal paralegal or law clerk

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian legal system, labour laws, and hospitality industry regulations

• Excellent drafting and documentation skills with meticulous attention to detail

• Proven ability to research legal matters thoroughly and provide clear, actionable advice

• Professional communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal matters to non-legal stakeholders

• Experience in contract management and negotiation is highly valued

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in English and Indonesian is essential; additional language skills are advantageous

• Discretion, confidentiality, and strong ethical standards
