Manager Permit

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in any major, preferably in Law, Public Administration, or Business Administration

• Experienced in permitting especially in the retail sector, is preferred

• Deep understanding of relevant local laws, land asset regulations, and statutory compliance frameworks.

• Proven expertise in end-to-end permit administration, process monitoring, and managing relationships with government agencies and external stakeholders.

• Proficient in managing licensing database systems, legal documentation, and tracking regulatory updates to ensure structured data maintenance.

• Strong interpersonal, written, and persuasive negotiation abilities to liaise effectively across internal teams, third-party partners, and regulatory authorities.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying and understanding regulatory requirements relevant to the organization’s operations

• Managing and ensuring the smooth processing of permit documentation for new locations, existing locations, and renewals in compliance with applicable regulations.

• Organizing, monitoring, and evaluating the licensing process, including coordinating with third parties, internal stakeholders, and relevant government agencies.

• Drafting, evaluating, and ensuring all internal and external licensing correspondence aligns with regulations.

• Controlling and managing the licensing budget to ensure efficiency and adherence to allocation.

• Updating license issue data, legal opinions, and the latest regulations to ensure company policies remain compliant.

• Providing consultation and support to other departments regarding licensing and land assets.
