About the role

Supervise daily restaurant and coffee shop operations, manage outlet teams, and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, service quality, cleanliness, and product standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant and coffee shop operations

• Organize and lead outlet teams

• Ensure SOP, service, cleanliness, and product quality meet standards

• Control inventory and raw material usage

• Handle customer complaints and operational issues

• Conduct briefings, coaching, and team training

• Prepare operational and sales reports

About you

• Minimum Diploma/S1 preferred

• Minimum 2–3 years experience as Supervisor in restaurant, café, coffee shop, or F&B

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities

• Able to manage outlet operations comprehensively

• Understanding of customer service, inventory, food cost, and operational reporting

• POS system knowledge

• Communicative, responsible, disciplined, and able to resolve problems

• Able to work in dynamic operational conditions

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

• Willing to be placed and reside in Kiliran Jao, West Sumatra
