About the role

Provide therapy/seitai services to customers in accordance with company standards and procedures. This role involves assessing client body conditions before and after therapy, maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction, and collaborating with the team to achieve clinic operational targets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide therapy/seitai services to customers according to company standards and SOP

• Conduct observation of customer body condition before and after therapy

• Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction

• Participate in regular training and technique evaluation

• Work with the team to achieve clinic operational targets

About you

• Experience as a therapist or background in physiotherapy, body therapy, posture correction, or related health field

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3 Physiotherapy or therapy training certificate is a plus

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Neat, polite, and professional and have awareness regarding wellness

• Honest, disciplined, responsible, and able to work in a team

• Physically healthy with good stamina for physical work (standing/moving for extended periods)

• Willing to work shift system, including weekends

• Willing to undergo training according to company standards

• Based in Jakarta or willing to work in Senayan area

• Able to communicate in English is a plus
