Head Barista

About the role

Manage daily bar operations, lead and supervise the barista team, and ensure quality and consistency of beverages according to recipes and standard operating procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily bar operations

• Lead and supervise the barista team

• Ensure quality and consistency of beverages

• Ensure beverage recipes and SOP are implemented

• Control stock and usage of materials

• Maintain cleanliness and neatness of the bar area

• Conduct training and development of the barista team

About you

• Minimum SMA/SMK education

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Barista

• Experience as Head Barista or Barista Leader is preferred

• Understand the basics and process of making coffee and beverages

• Understand the use and maintenance of coffee bar equipment

• Able to maintain quality and consistency of beverages

• Able to lead and train the barista team

• Understand inventory and beverage stock management

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Customer service oriented

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

• Willing to be placed and live in Kiliran Jao, West Sumatra
