Security Parking Coordinator - ITC Mangga Dua

Job Descriptions:

• Supervise security and parking operations to ensure safety, order, and compliance with SOPs.

• Manage personnel allocation, shifts, attendance, discipline, appearance, and performance of security/parking attendants.

• Monitor vehicle entry/exit, traffic flow, drop-off/pick-up, loading areas, and designated parking.

• Monitor CCTV, conduct regular patrols, and identify potential security risks.

• Handle parking violations, accidents, theft, vehicle damage, conflicts, and other incidents; secure the area and prepare incident reports.

• Coordinate incident handling and daily operations with General Services, Building Management, Customer Service, and relevant departments.

• Monitor parking facilities, access cards, ticketing systems, and prepare daily security/parking reports.

• Ensure responsive and safe service for visitors and tenants.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum D3 in Management, Business, Hospitality, or related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in security, parking operations, facility/property management, or related fields.

• Experienced in supervising security/parking personnel or contractors.

• Good understanding of security procedures, CCTV, access control, emergency response, and incident reporting.

• Strong knowledge of parking and traffic flow management.

• Good leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting systems.

• Physically fit and willing to work outdoors, weekends, and public holidays when required.

• Relevant security certification/training is an advantage.

• Willing to be placed in North Jakarta.
