Store Supervisor area Jawa Tengah (Semarang, Joga & Solo)

Job Description:

• Supervise daily store operations and ensure compliance with CHAGEE's SOPs and service standards.

• Ensure consistent beverage quality, product presentation, and customer satisfaction.

• Lead and support Tea Baristas during shifts.

• Monitor stock availability, inventory, cleanliness, and store hygiene.

• Handle customer complaints and report operational issues to the Store Manager.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position within the F&B or hospitality industry.

• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills, with a positive attitude.

• Good understanding of beverage preparation, store operations, food safety, sanitation, and SOP compliance.

• Detail-oriented, responsible, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in tea or beverage preparation is a plus.

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Willing to be based in Central Java (Jawa Tengah).
