Store Partner Medan (Part Time-Full Time, Sr Tea Barista/PIC, Store Manager)

Job Requirements :

• A vocational degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or Tourism is highly advantageous.

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in the F&B industry

• Familiarity with (POS) software and processing payments

• Ability to managing incoming orders via third-party delivery merchant applications or internal apps

• Good understanding of menu items, ingredients, and preparation techniques

• Capability to follow strict Food Safety, Sanitation, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

• Experience in making beverages, especially tea is plus

• Positive attitude with strong communication and great customer service

• Willingness to learn, adapt and grow in a fast paced environment

• Willing to be Based in Medan (North Sumatera)

Remarks :

• For Tea Barista (Part Time) : Available for Active university student and non student who are able to work min 3 days per week

• For Senior Tea Barista : Proven experience as Shift Supervisor, PIC or in a similar position

• For Store Manager : Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar position
