Store Leader (Bali United Store)

About the Role

The Store Leader is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily store operations at Bali United Store, located at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport, ensuring compliance with SOPs and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with SOPs.

• Manage Store Assistants' schedules, task assignments, and manpower needs.

• Monitor sales targets and team performance to drive sales growth.

• Monitor stock availability and ensure products are neatly displayed.

• Supervise transactions, POS/EDC usage, and store administration.

• Handle customer complaints and report store performance to the Store Manager.

• Provide regular operational updates and reports to the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or sales; experience as a Store Leader or Supervisor is preferred.

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate a team.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Able to communicate in conversational English is a plus.

• Good understanding of retail operations, sales, stock management, POS, and EDC systems.

• Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, based on operational needs.

• Already living in Bali.
