Retail Budget Controller Assistant Manager

Job Description

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible to provide reliable data from valid resources from external and internal parties
• Responsible to monitor, analyze, and provide recommendation regarding to channel performance parameter (Budget, revenue, growth, store BEP, regional market share)
• Responsible to monitor region execution for smooth operation aligned with channel strategy and SOP / policies
• Develop & maintain Power BI Dashboard, Budget reporting & data validity.
• Deliver training, coaching, technical support to operational team & channel management team related to budgeting process, SAP implementation & company policy.
• Coordinate with cross division such as Finance, Accounting, Purchasing, Audit, Operational, Channel management and related functions for budgeting process, policy implementation, and operational issues.
• Support audit finding & assure action taken according to policy & company procedures.
• To develop team and assure growth in the team

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Talent who studied Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Economy.
• Experienced in Telecommunication, Retail or FMCG industry.
• Minimum 3-4 years in the same experience.
• Exposed in managing big volume data & budgeting for retail stores
• Strong exposure in managing data with Excel (Hlookup, Vlookup, Pivot)
• Experienced in using Power BI to create data reporting.
• Strong leadership and team work skill
• Good interpersonal skill
• Fast pace, agile and able to work under pressure
• Willing to be placed in West Jakarta office (Full WFO).
