Job Summary

We are hiring a Assistant Finance Manager to establish and oversee Arysun’s financial operations. This role combines hands-on management of day-to-day finance activities with strategic responsibilities such as budgeting, reporting, compliance, and supporting investor relations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounting, AP/AR, payroll, and tax.
• Develop and monitor company budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and reporting requirements.
• Partner with leadership to provide financial insights for decision-making.
• Support investor relations, fundraising processes, and due diligence.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements.
• Implement financial systems, policies, and controls to support scaling.

Persyaratan

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/CFA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant finance/accounting experience.
• Solid understanding of Indonesian financial, tax, and compliance regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on and adaptable in a fast-paced, lean environment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present financial data clearly.
• High integrity and attention to detail.
