Business Development (Business Expansion) Assistant Manager (Talent Pool)

Job Description

• Create the financial feasibility and financial projection to see the potential of the prospective business
• Conduct market research in the targeted industry to find the best opportunity
• Find and create a new business plan for the prospective business, by exploring the market
• Prepare financial analysis/financial feasibility and financial projections to new business ideas
• To build relationship, explore and find the right business that can be included in company’s portfolio
• To discuss and communicate effectively with potential partner to find the common objective for future synergy
• Lead projects for both new business opportunity and existing business as needed in the Group

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree, majoring from Finance or related majors
• Has minimal 3-6 years relevant experiences
• A business person, strong in Financial & Business Modelling
• Strong in market research experience is a must
• Good in communication in English
• Proficient in business strategy, P&L management, project management, and data insights/data analysis & reporting
• Able to work under pressure, has good communication & interpersonal skill
• Able to communicate in at least Business English level
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta office
