HCBP Assistant Manager (Talent Pool)

Job Description

• Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational goals and align human capital strategies to support business objectives.
• Develop and implement HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, workforce planning, and overall organizational effectiveness.
• Continuously monitor and analyze key OHI metrics, including talent mapping, workforce fulfillment, turnover trends, organizational development, learning journeys, competency fitness, and equity.
• Drive career development programs, succession planning, and talent reviews to strengthen leadership pipelines and business continuity.
• Work as a strategic advisor to business units by providing insights and recommendations on people-related matters.
• Partner with learning and development teams to create targeted training initiatives that drive individual and organizational growth.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree from psychology, management, or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience as an HRBP in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Ability to analyze workforce data and translate insights into business strategies.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, workforce planning, and talent management.
• Capable of engaging and partnering with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in fostering positive workplace culture and handling complex HR matters.
• Ability to implement HR initiatives that drive organizational success.
• Strong ability to communicate with regional teams and business leaders.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-pressure retail environment.
