Reservation (Daily Worker)

Responsibilities :

• Selling products by using sales techniques

• Promoting Cretya Sunset & Reason Adventure products and facilities

• Maintain knowledge about products and services available at Cretya Sunset & Alasan Adventure (such as promotional prices & facilities, special prices etc.)

• Establish good relationships with guests

• Record and process orders made using various media

• Note down payment methods that have been specifically arranged for group and convention guests.

• Create monthly reservation reports

• Archive order data accurately

Requirement :

• Maximum 30 years

• Fluent in spoken and written English

• Minimum 1 year experience as reservation

• Able in operating computers, MS Office, Internet

• Able to work well in a team and able to communicate well

• Understand product knowledge well

• Able to solve problems creatively and effectively

• Have good analytical and critical skills

• Frequently use the internet and social media

• Willing to work in shifts

• Diligent and Honest

• Creative

• High integrity
