Regional Sales Manager

Job Descriptions:

• Develop strategic plans for the assigned regional area

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of teams in each region

• Build and maintain strong relationships with external business partners

• Represent the company in regional activities and events

• Conduct analysis and determine job distribution for team members

• Manage and coordinate team performance within the designated area

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the head office

• Conduct business trips to branch offices when needed

• Analyze regional market trends and business conditions at each branch

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any major

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in FMCG or the healthy product industry)

• Passionate about sales and proficient in Google Workspace

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong strategic thinking, analytical abilities, and attention to detail

• Willing to travel for business purposes
