Project Development Staff (Import & Trading)

About the role

This is a contract role for a Trading & Project Development Staff position at BUT China National Machinery Imp & Exp Corp' based in Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Raya. You will be supporting the company's marketing and sales efforts within the Import & Trading industry.

What you'll be doing

• Providing administrative and organisational support to the sales and marketing team or supervisor

• Assisting with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and sales activities

• Conducting market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities

• Maintaining customer databases and sales records

• Coordinating logistics and travel arrangements for the sales team

• Supporting the development and distribution of marketing materials

• Contributing to the achievement of the company's sales and marketing targets

• Manage superiors' schedules, meetings, and business travel

• Act as a liaison between superiors and internal and external parties

• Able to work mobile and have flexible working hours

What we're looking for

• Relevant experience in a communication, sales or marketing role, preferably within the Import & Trading industry

• Mandarin Speakers's is a MUST

• Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in using office productivity software (e.g. Microsoft Office)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of the local market and industry trends
