Project Accountant (Property Company)

We are currently partnering with one of the largest property developers in Lombok to hire a Project Accountant.

As a Project Accountant, you will be responsible for managing project finances and ensuring effective cost control across construction and real estate development projects. You will oversee payment processes, track project expenditures, maintain accurate financial records, and help ensure all costs remain aligned with approved budgets, contracts, and project requirements. This position is ideal for a meticulous finance professional who thrives in a project-driven environment and enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams to support successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Process payments to contractors, suppliers, consultants, and other project stakeholders.

• Verify that payment requests are supported by approved work progress, certifications, and contractual agreements.

• Coordinate with technical, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure accurate documentation and approvals.

• Record and monitor all project-related expenditures.

• Ensure expenses are correctly allocated to the appropriate project budgets and cost codes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project financial records and supporting documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience in project accounting, cost control, financial administration, or a similar role.

• Experience within construction, engineering, infrastructure, or real estate development projects is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of payment processing, purchase orders, budgeting, and project cost tracking.

• Ability to effectively coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, project managers, and cross-functional teams.

• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

• Currently based in Lombok or willing to relocate to Lombok.
