Accountant

About the role

Accountant position in the Manufacturing & Supply industry, responsible for maintaining financial records, managing accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile general ledgers, balance sheets, and bank statements

• Manage vendor bills, customer invoices, and inventory cost tracking related to raw materials like timber and paper pulp

• Communicate effectively with international suppliers, regional partners, and clients in Indonesian and Chinese

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Track production, warehousing, and shipping costs for wooden pallets, paperboards and other goods

• Ensure accurate tax filings and compliance with local financial regulations

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• 2+ years of general accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting

• Professional fluency (written and spoken) in Indonesian and Mandarin

• Strong proficiency in Excel and standard accounting software
