Oracle Senior Product Manager (Finance & SCM Module) - Leading Retail

Responsibilities

• Act as the key interface between Finance/business stakeholders and IT, ensuring business requirements are effectively translated into Oracle Fusion solutions.

• Drive alignment between finance and accounting processes, business requirements, and technology solutions.

• Act as a bridge between business and technology teams to support ERP digital transformation, process optimization, and continuous improvement.

• Manage the Oracle product roadmap, backlog, priorities, and enhancement initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial requirements.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and system solutions.

• Lead and support the configuration and enhancement of Oracle Fusion Financials modules, ensuring solutions effectively address business and operational requirements.

• Work closely with Finance and Accounting stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, standardization, and system optimization.

• Collaborate with business users, Finance teams, technical/development teams, QA, project managers, and external implementation partners throughout the product lifecycle.

• Support system integration, functional testing, UAT, release management, deployment, and post-production improvements.

• Ensure Oracle Fusion solutions are aligned with business processes, internal controls, data requirements, and organizational standards.

• Manage requirement changes and conduct impact analysis across business processes, systems, integrations, and downstream functions.

• Provide functional guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of Oracle Fusion ERP initiatives.

• Where applicable, collaborate with SCM and Manufacturing stakeholders to ensure seamless integration between Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Cost Management processes.

• Drive continuous improvement of the Oracle product landscape by evaluating new Oracle capabilities, technologies, and functional enhancements that can create business value.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, particularly in Oracle Fusion Financials, as a Functional Consultant, Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end finance and accounting business processes, with hands-on experience in areas such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Financial Reporting, and Cost Management.

• Functional Consultant experience is highly preferred, particularly experience involving Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation, configuration, enhancement, and business process transformation.

• Proven experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and translating business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and system solutions.

• Ability to define product vision, roadmap, priorities, and product backlog based on business value, financial requirements, and operational needs.

• Strong understanding of ERP systems and finance-related business processes, with the ability to bridge business requirements and technology solutions.

• Experience working collaboratively with Finance/Accounting teams, business users, technical teams, developers, and external implementation partners.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and/or Manufacturing is a strong advantage, particularly in organizations with integrated Finance, SCM, and manufacturing operations.

• Good understanding of ERP integrations between Oracle Fusion and third-party applications such as WMS, MES, banking/payment platforms, tax systems, or other enterprise applications is an advantage.

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Good to Have

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, including Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, or related modules.

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing, particularly Discrete Manufacturing and/or Process Manufacturing.

• Understanding of manufacturing processes such as BOM, Work Definition, Work Orders, Routing, Production Execution, Inventory, and Cost Management.

• Experience in organizations with integrated Finance, SCM, and Manufacturing ERP environments.

• Experience managing or coordinating Oracle Fusion implementation, enhancement, integration, testing, UAT, and release activities.
