Accounting & Audit Associate – Accountant / Auditor

We are looking for motivated, detail-oriented and responsible individuals to join our team.

We are open to hiring fresh graduates for the Accountant position, while for the Auditor position, candidates with around 2 years of relevant audit experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Accountant

• Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.

• Prepare full sets of accounts and financial reports.

• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Prepare and maintain accounting schedules and supporting documentation.

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

• Liaise with clients and internal team members to obtain accounting information and supporting documents.

• Assist with tax and other accounting-related matters where required.

• Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Relevant internship experience will be an advantage.

Auditor

• Assist in planning and performing audit engagements.

• Perform audit fieldwork and testing of financial statement balances and transactions.

• Prepare audit working papers and supporting documentation.

• Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements.

• Identify accounting and audit issues and communicate findings to the engagement team.

• Apply relevant accounting and auditing standards in performing audit procedures.

• Liaise with clients and follow up on outstanding audit matters.

• Assist in other assurance and related assignments as required.

Candidates with approximately 2 years of relevant external audit experience are preferred.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Detail-oriented, organised and able to work within deadlines.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.

• Knowledge of IFRS will be an advantage.

• For the Auditor position, approximately 2 years of relevant external audit experience is preferred.

• For the Accountant position, fresh graduates are welcome and training will be provided.
