About the role
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Part-Time Sous Chef / Assistant Chef to support our kitchen team during evening service. The main purpose of this position is to learn and master the full menu, recipes, preparation methods, portions, presentation standards, and kitchen procedures, with the goal of being able to replace and manage the kitchen during the Head Chef's days off or absence.
Key responsibilities
Support the kitchen team during evening service (7:00 PM – 12:00 AM)
Learn and master our full menu, recipes, and preparation methods
Maintain portion and presentation standards
Follow kitchen procedures
Replace and manage the kitchen during the Head Chef's days off or absence
