Naughty Nuri’s Sanur is looking for a passionate, responsible, and hardworking Assistant Chef to join our kitchen team.

📌 REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Chef / Commis / Cook.

• Experience in restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred.

• Able to assist Chef in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.

• Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen hygiene.

• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

• Good teamwork, communication, and time management skills.

• Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn.

• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

• Willing to be placed at Naughty Nuri’s Sanur, Bali.

👨‍🍳 RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist Chef in food preparation and cooking.

• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet company standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and equipment.

• Assist with stock preparation and proper food storage.

• Follow kitchen SOPs and food safety standards.

• Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.

• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the Chef.
