ISO Staff

Responsible for managing and supporting the company’s ISO Management System, including audit preparation, implementation monitoring, document control, corrective action follow-up, and coordination with internal departments and external certification bodies to ensure compliance with applicable standards and continuous improvement.

Job Description – ISO Staff

• Manage and coordinate internal and external ISO audits, including preparing required documents, coordinating with relevant departments, supporting the audit process, and following up on audit findings until corrective actions are completed.

• Prepare and maintain the annual internal audit schedule, coordinate the implementation of internal audits and management reviews, and monitor the completion of audit activities according to the established schedule.

• Monitor the implementation of the company’s Management System related to Quality, Environmental, and K3 aspects across departments to ensure compliance with applicable ISO standards, company policies, and relevant regulations.

• Conduct ISO awareness and training activities for employees and coordinate ISO-related external training to ensure employees understand and implement the applicable management system requirements.

• Coordinate with internal and external parties, including certification bodies, ISO consultants, government institutions, and relevant departments, in relation to audit preparation, certification activities, audit findings, and management system implementation.

• Control and maintain ISO-related documentation and records, both physical and digital, and monitor corrective actions, improvement programs, and follow-up activities to ensure the management system is properly documented and continuously improved.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering (Teknik Industri).

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; minimum 1 year of experience in ISO, Management System, QA/QC, or a related field is preferred.

• Good understanding of ISO Management System, audit processes, and document control.

• Possess an ISO Awareness certificate in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and/or ISO 45001.

• Strong communication, coordination, critical thinking, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Willing to work onsite and available to join immediately.
