Graphic Designer (Printing & Production) – Cikarang Placement

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.

• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).

• Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Experience designing printed materials such as brochures, flyers, pamphlets, product manuals, catalogs, and other marketing materials.

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

• Basic knowledge of print production and preparing print-ready artwork.

• Good communication skills and able to work well in a team.

• Experience in an advertising agency is a plus.

• Available to join ASAP.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and develop various print materials, including product manuals, brochures, flyers, pamphlets, catalogs, leaflets, posters, packaging, and other promotional materials.

• Prepare artwork and production files that meet printing specifications and quality standards.

• Create layouts that are visually appealing while ensuring readability, accuracy, and brand consistency.

• Coordinate with internal teams and printing vendors to ensure designs are produced accurately and delivered on schedule.

• Revise and update design files based on client or internal feedback.

• Review and proof artwork before production to minimize printing errors.

• Maintain organized design files and ensure all final artwork is print-ready.

• Support the creative team in developing marketing and promotional materials for various client projects.
