• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or other relevant majors.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or the manufacturing industry is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Target-oriented and customer-focused.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel and Powerpoint).
• Strong interest in the manufacturing/automotive industry.
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang, West Java.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with customers and relevant internal departments to support business needs.
• Monitor sales, market, and customer developments.
• Support marketing and business development activities.
• Prepare sales reports and monitor sales target achievement.
