PPIC Staff

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing production plans according to order lead time

• Monitor the availability of raw materials and packaging materials

• Input and update inventory data (raw materials, finished goods, and work-in-process) in the SAP system

• Conduct routine stock checks (stock opname) and report the results

• Coordinate with related departments such as sales, purchasing, production, and warehouse to support smooth production operations

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1); fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) is a plus

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Detail-oriented, accurate, and well-organized

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Able to work under pressure and collaborate well within a team

• Willing to be placed in Cikarang, Bekasi.
