About the Role

Lead the site HR function and partner with project leadership to drive workforce performance and a strong workplace culture. Provide trusted advice and direction to support effective people leadership, manage risk and deliver sustainable project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site leadership to shape and deliver workforce and people priorities aligned with the business strategy.

• Drive culture, engagement and performance, strengthening leadership accountability and employee experience across the operation.

• Lead complex employee and industrial relations matters, proactively identifying and managing workforce and people risk.

• Anticipate workforce needs and strengthen workforce planning, talent and succession for current and future operational requirements.

• Lead and develop the site HR team to deliver trusted, consistent and commercially focused support.

• Use workforce insights to improve outcomes, strengthen governance and drive continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring

• Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and regulations with proven employee and industrial relations capability

• Senior HR leadership experience, ideally within mining or a similar sector

• Strong commercial and operational acumen, with the ability to connect people decisions to project performance

• Strong leadership, coaching and influencing skills, with the credibility to partner with and constructively challenge senior operational leaders

• Sound judgement, resilience and a strong commitment to safe, high-quality delivery
