Human Resources Manager

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager for our client in the industrial mechanical service & construction contractor business.

This role offers the opportunity to work directly with the Director, contribute to HR-related decision-making, and support organizational and employee development.

Location : Cibinong Center Industrial Estate, Kabupaten Bogor, Jawa Barat
Working Arrangement : Full WFO, Monday–Friday (08.00–17.00 WIB)
Employment Type : Permanent (PKWTT)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 7–10 years of HR experience.

• Strong background in end-to-end HR Operations (recruitment, training, payroll, employee relations).

• Experience in HR budgeting, labor cost planning, and workforce management.

• Experience in performance management, talent development, and succession planning.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Willing to travel and support HR operations across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Director on HR operations and organizational improvement.

• Prepare annual HR budgets and employee-related cost projections.

• Oversee recruitment, payroll, BPJS, employee administration, and onboarding.

• Manage training, performance management, talent development, and succession planning.

• Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, and labor compliance.
