About the Role  

We are seeking an experienced individual who will ensure all Tyre related tasks are effectively, productively and safely meeting quality requirements while identifying continuous improvement opportunities and achieving optimal performance. 

Responsibilities  

• Correctly use and maintain all tooling and equipment used to assist in the carrying out of all duties.

• Ensure individual compliance with Company-wide and group related strategy, policies, procedures and guidelines.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements.

• Provide accurate information, give prompt attention and not discriminate on any unlawful grounds when dealing with people in the course of duties.

• Promote a safe, positive and enjoyable work environment.

• Supervise and inspect all mining facilities, infrastructure, installations and equipment within the scope of their responsibility.

• Ensure that investigations, inspections, and investigations and testing of mining facilities, infrastructure, installations and equipment are always carried out.

What You’ll Bring  

• Completion of secondary/high school education.

• Good understanding of practical ways to use existing mechanical/electrical/heavy equipment.

• Mining industry knowledge.

• Must have SIM A

• Have POP Certification

• Demonstrated safety leadership

• Good communication skill.

Role Details 

• Roster: 4 weeks on & 2 weeks off.
