Human Resource Manager

About the role

The Human Resource Manager at Veritacore plays a pivotal leadership role overseeing the day-to-day delivery of human resource functions across the employee lifecycle. Reporting directly to the Head of People Transformation, the Human Resource Manager ensures consistent policy implementation, labor compliance, effective employee relations, recruitment and onboarding, talent retention, engagement, and accurate HR reporting and documentation. This role leads, mentors, and supports HR staff, strengthens NGO partnerships, and works collaboratively with leadership to promote employee wellbeing, accountability, and a high-performing workplace culture aligned with Veritacore's values.

Key responsibilities

• Implement HR policies and ensure consistent application across the organization

• Investigate employee issues and conflicts, bring them to resolution, and maintain records

• Handle workplace disciplinary procedures and timely serve sanctions to employees who breach company policy

• Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable Labor Laws requirements

• Manage the recruitment process, including search, interviews, hiring, and onboarding

• Ensure the onboarding process is followed, including schedule of activities and engagement with relevant departments

• Conduct coaching and counseling sessions and address employee issues

• Manage salary reviews, promotions, and monthly attrition reporting

• Develop and implement employee engagement activities and events calendar

• Conduct exit interviews and ensure offboarding clearance compliance

About you

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in human resources management, preferably in the BPO or outsourcing industry

• Strong background in leading performance-driven teams in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent decision-making and critical thinking skills with ability to navigate ambiguity and make judgment calls with confidence

• High level of emotional intelligence, professionalism, and communication skills

• Proficient in using operations and project management tools with strong grasp of workforce metrics and reporting

• Flexible, proactive, and solutions-oriented

• No record of tardiness
