About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor to lead daily accounting operations and ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reporting. The role will be responsible for supervising accounting activities, maintaining compliance with accounting standards and company policies, supporting audit processes, and providing financial insights to support business decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and review daily accounting transactions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.

• Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports.

• Monitor compliance with accounting standards, taxation regulations, and internal controls.

• Coordinate and support internal and external audit activities.

• Review account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring.

• Lead, coach, and develop accounting team members to achieve departmental objectives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within accounting functions.

What You’ll Bring

• Degree in Accounting or related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in accounting.

• Strong understanding of financial reporting, general accounting principles, and internal controls.

• Have experiences in Big 4 (KPMG, Deloitte, EY, PWC) is an advantage.

• Knowledge of Indonesian taxation regulations is preferred.

• Experience in mining, construction, contracting, heavy equipment, or related industries is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
