Guest Relation Ofiicer & Floor Runner

About the role

A Floor Runner/Guest Relations Officer role responsible for welcoming and directing guests, maintaining cleanliness and readiness of dining areas, and supporting food and beverage service operations.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and direct guests

• Ensure tables, chairs, and floors in the dine-in area are always clean, neat, and ready for customer use

• Empty trash regularly, maintain toilet area cleanliness, and ensure soap and tissue availability

• Assist in delivering beverage and food orders to customer tables

• Request Google reviews

• Perform deep cleaning of floors, shop windows, and outdoor areas before opening and after closing

• Respond promptly to spills and broken glass

About you

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Floor Runner, Guest Relations Officer, Pramusaji, Cleaning Service, Waitress, or Store Crew

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Attention to detail and passion to learn

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
