Sales Assistant

About the role

Serve and assist customers in store with friendliness, professionalism, and communication. Provide product knowledge and styling recommendations to customers. Perform permanent jewelry services (training provided). Deliver a professional, comfortable, and premium shopping experience. Support sales target achievement through strong selling and upselling abilities. Handle customer transactions, daily reports, and customer data input. Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and visual merchandising standards. Assist with stock checks, inventory, and product organization.

About you

• Minimum 2 years experience in sales (jewelry, fashion, beauty, or premium retail preferred)

• Strong selling, upselling, and target-oriented abilities

• Confident, neat, friendly, and communicative

• Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and positive work attitude

• Quick learner with good problem-solving abilities

• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
